M. Family in Estrella

This little family was so adorable. You never know whats going to happen with a puppy, a 5 year old and a 6 month old. We had more smile than tears- it was a great session down in Estrella.

These were shot West of Phoenix in Estrella- There are two big lakes, green grass, a bridge and cute winding paths. I will definitely be going back to this location soon for some upcoming sessions!

It's finally portrait season again in Phoenix!! To start of the season I took some photos at Scottsdale Civic Center. I think there had to be at least 10 other photographers there. Photography is like Real Estate, location, location, location.

Smash Cake: Miss Angelica

I started photography Angelica when she was 16 days old and now she is a year! Smash Cake Sessions are quickly becoming my favorite to photograph- the clean-up, not so much.

I'm not sure who are more challenging to photograph- dogs or babies. I love that even dog photo shoots have some great outtakes. Sometimes the outtakes end up being my favorite.

CD Packaging

For the last month, I have been getting together my CD packaging kit. My current method if giving client's disc that I wrote on with a sharpie-not very special or professional. Soon I will have blank printed CD's, referral cards, appointment reminder cards, stickers with my logo and thank you cards- everything professionally printed. I cant not tell you how excited I am! 

Bayne Family

I went with my friend and her kids up north to a little town called Jerome, that was built on the side of a mountain. It has great backdrops for photos- peeling wood, brick walls, stairs, greenery.
